Payment & Cancellation Policy

The Systemic Womb Constellations™ Training Pathway includes a series of in-person training stages, including 2-day immersions and 4-day practitioner formations. Each stage is booked and paid for individually.

Payment Structure
A non-transferable deposit is required to secure your place in any training stage.

The remaining balance must be settled in full no later than 7 days prior to the training start date.

Your place is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Should you register for a immersion weekend or training formation and later need to cancel, the following terms apply:

• 30 days or more prior to the training
  → 100% refund of the amount paid, minus a 5% fee to cover transaction and bank charges
• 20–29 days prior to the training
  → 80% refund of the amount paid
• 10–19 days prior to the training
  → 30% refund of the amount paid
• 9 days or less prior to the training
  → No refund will be issued

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Bookings are non-transferable to other participants.

Changes or Cancellations by the Organiser

In the unlikely event that a training is postponed or cancelled, you will be offered the option to transfer your booking to a future date or receive a full refund.
