Divine Lotus Workshops & Retreats

I hold workshops and retreats where women can be resourced. I have developed group processes that support individual journeys within the context of a group field. I hold and facilitate safe spaces of non judgement where women feel safe to talk and move through taboo subjects, shameful feelings and personal and generational traumas that block the flow of life.

My third culture or tri-racial ancestry – Bushmen, Indian-Malay Muslim and Irish allows for me to be a bridge between the races, the ancestral, the traditional and the emerging.

I have held sacred space for elders and mixed groups in South Africa. And for women only in South Africa, Egypt, Turkey and the UK.
